of Vendors like you and the support and loyalty of our customers
that Micro Smart has grown to be the single source for IT
products. This section of our web site is designed to give
you an understanding of what Micro Smart looks for in new
products and what it takes to get your product to our Micro
Smart One Source®.
How do I get my IT product to Micro Smart Source?
To have your product evaluated for possible listing to Micro
Smart Source, you must submit complete Product Information
with a photo or brochure of your product to Micro Smart
at :

Upon receipt of your package, our Product Marketing team
will review your submission. You will receive notification
of the status of your submission within 14 business days
of receipt. Please do not send an actual product sample
at this time. Micro Smart will not return unsolicited samples
submitted for evaluation due to the volume of product submissions.
What happens next?
If your product complements Micro Smart product lines, you
will move to the next level of evaluation. At this stage
a sample will be requested and will be evaluated against
our rigorous Quality Assurance requirements. Once a sample
has been approved, our Product Marketing team will work
with you to create a sales strategy for your product and
develop a SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Is my product right for Micro Smart Once Source?
To answer that question, ask yourself the following about
your product: Does it:
- Demonstrate well?
- Solve a common problem or make life easier?
- Appeal to a broad audience?
- Have unique features and benefits?
Can you put my products into Micro Smart Source and I’ll
ship you as many as you sell?
Yes. Micro Smart ships 90% of orders within 24 - 48 hours
in order to maintain our high quality customer satisfaction
standards.
